Konduktor ACSS
ACSS dan ACSS/AW dan ACSS/TW digunakan untuk saluran pengagihan dan penghantaran overhed. Ia direka untuk mengekalkan rintangan walaupun pada suhu sehingga 250°C, meminimumkan lengkokan di bawah beban elektrik kecemasan lebih baik daripada ACSR/AW. Apabila prategasan semasa pemasangan, ACSS/AW mempunyai sifat redaman sendiri, yang tidak terjejas oleh rayapan jangka panjang aluminium. Kelebihan ini menjadikan ACSS/AW amat berfaedah untuk projek latihan semula yang memerlukan peningkatan arus dalam voltan dan kelegaan sedia ada., serta untuk pemasangan talian baru di mana pengurangan pesongan konduktor membolehkan struktur yang lebih menjimatkan. Ia juga sesuai untuk talian yang memerlukan beban kecemasan yang tinggi dan yang terdedah kepada masalah getaran angin..
ACSS/AW mempunyai kekuatan yang serupa dengan ACSS, bersama-sama dengan ampacity sedikit lebih tinggi dan rintangan kakisan yang lebih besar berkat wayar teras keluli bersalut aluminiumnya.
El ACSS/TW, Bagi pihaknya, Ia direka untuk saluran pengedaran dan penghantaran atas, dan menawarkan operasi berterusan pada suhu tinggi sehingga 250 °C tanpa kehilangan rintangan. Mengalami kurang lengkok di bawah beban elektrik kecemasan berbanding ACSR/TW dan mempamerkan ciri-ciri redaman diri yang sangat baik. Seperti ACSS/AW, anak panah penghujungnya tidak tahan terhadap rayapan jangka panjang aluminium.
Konduktor ACSS/TW
ACSS ialah a konduktor sebatian jalinan sepusat di mana wayar keluli membentuk teras pusat, di sekelilingnya dua atau lebih lapisan wayar aluminium beranil 1350-O dijalin. Teras keluli membawa sebahagian besar beban mekanikal disebabkan oleh sifat lembut aluminium. Teras keluli membawa sebahagian besar beban mekanikal disebabkan oleh sifat lembut aluminium. Adalah penting untuk memilih perlindungan kakisan berdasarkan pendedahan persekitaran pemandu.
ACSS/AW juga merupakan konduktor komposit terkandas secara sepusat dengan teras keluli pusat dan satu atau lebih lapisan wayar aluminium anil 1350-O yang terdampar di sekelilingnya.. Begitu juga dengan ACSS, teras keluli menyokong beban mekanikal disebabkan oleh sifat lembut aluminium, tetapi dalam kes ini wayar teras keluli dilindungi daripada kakisan oleh salutan aluminium.
El ACSS/TW, konduktor komposit terkandas sepusat lain, Ia mempunyai teras keluli tengah yang dikelilingi oleh satu atau lebih lapisan wayar aluminium 1350-O dengan kekonduksian purata minimum bagi 63%. Teras keluli menyokong beban mekanikal disebabkan oleh sifat lembut aluminium, Dilindungi daripada kakisan oleh salutan aloi aluminium-mismetal zink-5%.. Varian dengan teras keluli berkekuatan tinggi juga tersedia, beraluminium dan bersalut aluminium.
