GTACSR, Gap-Type Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced is a specialized type of overhead power conductor commonly used in high-voltage transmission lines. The construction of GTACSR includes a steel core for strength and an aluminum outer layer for high electrical conductivity, with a gap between the steel core and the aluminum wires that allows for thermal expansion.
GZTACSR conductor, Gap-type Thermal-resistant Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced, is a gap-type heat-resistant aluminum alloy steel core aluminum stranded wire. It consists of a high-strength steel core and aluminum alloy stranded wire, and has excellent electrical properties and heat resistance. The aluminum alloy stranded wire, as the conductive part, provides good conductivity, while the steel core provides the necessary mechanical strength to ensure the stability of the conductor under tension.
